Delivery Timelines:
- Estimated Dispatch time for Delivery within INDIA: Product will be dispatched in 2 working days from the date of Order Placement. (Excluding Sunday)
- Estimated Delivery time in INDIA (After Dispatch):
– Expected Delivery time Within Maharashtra – 2 to 4 working days
– Expected Delivery time all over INDIA – 4 to 6 working days
– Standard Delivery Time – 5 to 8 working days

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are responsible for what we sell. Our first priority is 100% customer satisfaction with purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy Return & Exchange Policy.
We allow Return & Exchange of the items purchased from उनाड भ्रमंती within the 7 days from the date of delivery as mentioned below.

- In order to safeguard your privacy, we will only be able to respond to emails / messages that originate from your registered email ID / phone number.
- Products and services booked on www.oonaadbhramantee.com can be returned or replaced as per policy of Oonaad Bhramantee – उनाड भ्रमंती at the shop /counter of the store.
- Damaged delivery should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Damaged products by customer will neither be exchanged nor bought back by the Company.
- All items must be returned in their original condition.
- Return & Exchange is allowed provided the product is in original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, untampered & in saleable condition with original tags, invoice & packaging intact (For e.g. Shoes to be sent along with the shoe box)
- Please keep the invoice with you if you want to exchange or return a product without which processing the same would not be possible for us.
- All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received. If the product received does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
- If any product is not received in good condition, i.e. damage or defective product, or if the product delivered is different, you may return the product in unused, in its original condition with original tags and original packaging (along with boxes if any. For e.g. Shoes to be sent along with the shoe box) within 7 days from the date of delivery as mentioned above or as per the details mentioned on the Product Description Page.
- Any Return & Exchange for reasons other than the above, the shipping charges if any, will not be refunded.
- Products purchased during sale / offer, will be exchanged within the sale / offer period only.
- Please note that the convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- We will Exchange the item in question or provide a Refund, after deducting a CANCELLATION FEE, which is calculated as Shipping Cost (At Actuals) + Administration Fee (5% of the Total Order Value), as applicable, depending on Oonaad Bhramantee policy.
Incorrect Size
Exchange of product due to incorrect size has to be returned to us within 7 days from the day you receive the product/s, with the proof of purchase (Order Details, Order ID, Shipping Details) and the product. If the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition, we would be more than happy to help the customer with an appropriate size in the same product, provided the size required by the customer is available in stock.
For exchange, in case of any reason, you have to bear the Shipping Charges for both sides.
